Send a message from the same WhatsApp number whose data you want deleted to the connected WhatsApp account and write:
“Data deletion request”
or, in Italian:
“Richiesta di cancellazione dei dati”
Please identify the WhatsApp conversation concerned. We may ask for limited additional information only when reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to the requesting user.
After verification, information associated with the request will be reviewed and deleted where applicable, except for information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Deleting data from Luce Network Hub does not automatically delete information independently retained by Meta/WhatsApp or other service providers. Requests concerning those providers should be made directly under their respective procedures.
Invia un messaggio dallo stesso numero WhatsApp di cui desideri cancellare i dati all'account WhatsApp collegato e scrivi:

Indica la conversazione WhatsApp interessata. Potremmo richiedere informazioni aggiuntive limitate solo quando ragionevolmente necessarie per verificare che la richiesta riguardi l'utente richiedente.
Dopo la verifica, le informazioni associate alla richiesta saranno esaminate e cancellate ove applicabile, salvo i dati che devono essere conservati per sicurezza, prevenzione delle frodi, risoluzione di controversie o obblighi di legge.
La cancellazione dei dati da Luce Network Hub non elimina automaticamente le informazioni conservate autonomamente da Meta/WhatsApp o da altri fornitori. Le richieste relative a tali fornitori devono essere presentate secondo le rispettive procedure.
